How to Insure Your Goods

First, you need to determine the full replacement value of your possessions being moved. Please download the inventory form then fill out this document in order to calculate the full value of the goods being shipped. When items are listed together, all will be considered to be of equal value. If additional listings or clarifications are required, please write these on a separate sheet of paper and attach to these forms.
